1. About EasyClose
EasyClose is a daily close and business records platform owned and operated by ThatMart Limited. EasyClose helps businesses manage daily closing records across income (sales) channels, locations, team roles and operational workflows.
2. Important limitations
EasyClose is not a bank, payment institution, POS provider, tax adviser, accountant, or regulated service provider. EasyClose does not directly verify bank accounts, card processor statements, tax filings or statutory submissions. Users remain responsible for verifying business records and daily close entries.
3. Eligibility and authority
To register for or administer a business workspace, you must meet the minimum age requirements under the laws applicable to you, have the legal capacity to use EasyClose, and have the necessary authority to act on behalf of the relevant business. You must provide accurate information and comply with all applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
4. Account roles and responsibility
The owner is the person who registers the business workspace in EasyClose. Owners may invite, edit or remove managers, assign locations and control access to the business workspace. Managers may only use the functionality made available to their role.
You are responsible for maintaining secure account credentials and for activity carried out through your account. Business owners are responsible for deciding who should access their workspace and for removing users who no longer require access.
5. User data and operational responsibility
Users retain ownership of operational records entered into EasyClose, subject to the business owner’s rights over the business workspace. Users are responsible for tax compliance, operational decisions, record accuracy and business reporting.
6. Account deletion
Every EasyClose user may request deletion of their personal user account. Business owners may request deletion of an entire business workspace. Account deletion, staff removal and business deletion are explained in the Account Deletion Policy.
7. Acceptable use
You must not use EasyClose unlawfully, submit fraudulent or misleading business records, attempt unauthorised access, reverse engineer the platform, upload malicious code, misuse APIs or interfere with EasyClose services.
8. Availability
We aim to provide reliable service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Services may be unavailable due to maintenance, infrastructure issues, third-party outages or security incidents.
9. Intellectual property
All EasyClose branding, software, content, design, features and intellectual property remain the property of ThatMart Limited or its licensors.
10. Third-party services
EasyClose may rely on third-party infrastructure, authentication, email, notification and services. We are not responsible for outages or failures caused by third-party providers beyond our reasonable control.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ThatMart Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses; loss of profits; loss of revenue; business interruption; record discrepancies; tax liabilities or penalties; loss of business opportunity; corruption or loss of data; or losses caused by inaccurate information entered by users.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability which cannot legally be excluded under the laws of England and Wales.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
